Transitioning into parenthood can pose challenges for your work-life balance as you take and return from parental leave. In my corporate tenure, I supported programs designed to assist working parents in transitioning away from work to become parents and transitioning back into the working world as newly minted parents (or parents of more kiddos!).

Transitions Coaching for Expecting Parents

Value: Setting yourself up for personal and professional success as you embark on the exciting journey of parenthood by:

  • Setting personal and professional goals for your parental leave

  • Laying the foundation for continuity at work in your absence

  • Understanding what balance looks like for you as a parent

Outputs: Tangible plan to support your goals for parental leave, including:

  • Fillable frameworks and templates to strategically plan for your leave

  • Transition plans for you and your team so the show goes on during leave, targeted to you based on results from your assessment

  • Habit tracker and fulfillment plan to maximize parental leave

Coaching Package Options

Full Parental Leave Coaching Package: $1,200

  • Prior to Parental Leave: three 90-minute sessions to review PLTA and create and review action plan

  • During Parental Leave: one 90-minute session to check in holistically and to review action plan and communication strategy

  • After Return to Work: two 90-minute sessions to review adherence to action plan, adjust for gaps, and create continuity plan

  • Unlimited offline support

  • PLTA assessment

  • Access to CPLL resources and CPLL parental leave hub

Flexible Parental Leave Coaching Package: $800

  • Prior to Parental Leave: one 90-minute session prior to parental leave to review PLTA and one 60-minute session prior to parental leave to create action plan

  • During Parental Leave: one 60-minute session to check in holistically and to review action plan and communication strategy

  • After Return to Work: one 90-minute session to review adherence to action plan, adjust for gaps, and create continuity plan

  • Unlimited offline support

  • PLTA assessment

  • Access to CPLL resources and CPLL parental leave hub

Individual Sessions: $150 per 90-minute session

  • At least one 90-minute session required to kick-off coaching relationship

  • Targeted towards your specific needs in the moment

  • Individual sessions do not include the cost of any assessments that may be needed or used; assessments, particularly the PLTA, are highly recommended to anchor our conversation about goals and action planning to your specific and objective areas of strength and opportunity
