The Den provides birth doula and prenatal yoga services to support all your birthing needs.
I offer lower-cost services as an approved doula in Colorado’s Medicaid program and a credentialed doula in the Rose Hospital Doula program.
My private doula practice offering includes more services, detailed below.
Birth Doula Services
I am so excited to help you bring your baby (or babies!) into this world. My birth doula services include up to two prenatal visits, labor and birth support*, and a postpartum visit. I will be there to support you and empower you to advocate for your body and baby along the whole journey.
Investment: $2,000
Prenatal Yoga
Targeted mobility exercises can help your body prepare for birth and labor. I provide sessions to support tailored movement and positioning that can make labor and delivery smoother for you and baby. Studies show that practicing yoga during pregnancy may enable an easier labor and delivery experience.
Investment: $100 for a one-on-one session, group rates available
*Labor and birth support details provided during initial consult. All services are non-refundable and are not pro-rated. Payment is due at time of purchase.
